Succulents Desktop Planter

Ever since I let a little bonzai tree die because my apartment doesn’t get enough natural light (rest in peace, little tree! *sniffle*) I’ve wanted a second chance at keeping something green other than bamboo alive (which is apparently very difficult to kill, even in the dark). I walked over to the Dallas farmer’s market the other day and picked up a few little succulents that I decided to make a box for so they could sit on my desk and chill out with me at work! Without further ado, here is what I came up with!

I used a poplar board, gorilla wood glue, a light ipswitch pine stain, and polyurethane to make the inside water tight and the outside stain resistant.
